I knew Something was “Off” with this new neighbor the moment we met 1 1/2 years ago. We kindly asked if they could put their 3 Large & Loud Dogs out a bit later in the mornings because we have 6 small children. Since that day we have been victimized by her. 4 Video Cameras pointed in our yard, patio and master bedroom window, Pointing Red Lasers at our children’s heads as they played in our back yard, webpages made about me including photos of me in my bathing suit laying on our back patio saying things like “She (I) only wears a Tank Top & Shorts in her house during the Winter” and “She (I) stay Skinny because I don’t eat”…How would she know any of this unless she’s looking through my windows and blinds!, She will put her Radio on very loud pointed at our home and then leave her house, Put Video cameras on tripods in her daughters upstairs window and video us for hours, Stalking behavior like driving in front of our house very very slowly and then circle around and do it again…She will do this almost every single day about 6-10 times! There has been about 10 evenings and nights when Teresa would bring out 1000watt garage shop lights and put them on top our fence pointed at our kids, home, windows and patio.
